About Us
Located in the beautiful county of Somerset and based on the outskirts of the city of Wells, we're a family run business at heart made up of eight staff. Although we've grown over the years, we still like to think of ourselves as the way we started out as a ‘cottage industry’ type of a business. We try to reflect that mentality in the way that we look after our customers.

Here at Pennybatch we try to be relaxed and friendly with each other and with our customers. We always try to show care and attention in everything we do.
We're based in Wells, Somerset and for a time our premises comprised of outbuildings and an extension of our cottage enjoying beautiful views across the Somerset Levels and over to Glastonbury Tor. Since then we've moved to larger premises on the outskirts of Wells but we always strive to keep the same 'cottage industry' attitude.

State-of-the-Art Printing Facilities
Investment in new technologies has meant our quality has only got better!
We use the very latest Epson large format printers for all of our giclée printing - combined with our cotton papers producing some of the highest colour gamut prints available. All of our picture mounts are custom cut on our high end Valiani computerised mount cutters for the most accurately cut mounts. Our high quality greeting card printing is carried out on our state-of-the-art Canon production print systems, capable of producing some of the best looking greeting cards on the market.

Simply put, we're perfectionists.
There is always room for improvement, but perfection is what we aim for. We're not a company focused on mass production and speed over quality, rather we're all about the details and making prints that we're really happy to put our name to.
We aim for excellence and we're genuinely not happy unless you are. We endeavour to get the best possible prints out of your images but if you are not happy for any reason we'll work with you to get things sorted.
