Our team

My name's Townsend (Yes that is actually my first name). I've been working on our four colour press since 2018. I enjoy challenging projects at work like custom box design. At home I love designing games and papercraft. My wife and I love walking holidays although we don't always get a lot of walking done!

I work in the picture framing department at Pennybatch. When not at work my husband and I enjoy walking, especially in Wales. I'm a keen gardener, flowers and vegetables, never happier than in the greenhouse 😊 I'm married to Townsend, (yes, I know, it's a weird name 😅 ) he gets roped into the gardening too when he's not on the computer 😊🌻🌻🌻

I provide assistance to various aspects of the business. Whether framing and mounting prints, managing and organising our packing material and envelope stock, or helping our customers both in store and over the phone with their various queries. When not in work, I like to travel, am always listening to music, and am a massive football fan. I will say no more.. 👀

I handle the administration side of things. Whether responding to emails, or entering jobs on the system. I also help with packing your orders for delivery. In my spare time, I am a veracious devourer of books and an avid hiker.

I enjoy my role at work packing your cards and working with a lovely bunch of people. In my spare time, I love spending time in the garden, especially in the summer. I also love to visit and spend time with my grandchildren.

At Pennybatch I am responsible for all things in accounts! When I am not busy making calculations I am walking my 3 little doggies or watching F1 .
